Refund policy

Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery. The customer bears the return costs in the event of withdrawal, regardless of the value of the goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this. However, this is not mandatory.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of your revocation. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Return of goods:

Within 14 calendar days of the declaration of withdrawal, the respective products must be returned, if possible intact and in their original packaging, to the following address:

Refund Policy:

Any return accepted by virisbrand.de will result in a refund of the purchase price of the respective products, excluding standard shipping costs, within 14 days of the quantitative and qualitative inspection of the returned products.

Please note that your right to return only applies to products that are returned in the same condition as they were received by you. Please always return products in their original packaging. You should also return all product information, documentation, and packaging.
